Amazing service! Would use IDW again!
IDW understood our needs/wants from the start. It became very easy for us to pick a resort that worked best for us based off the presentation given by them. We also received support throughout the whole process from understanding the room block contract and getting better rates for the rooms. We contacted IDW numerous times throughout the year and a half of planning and got responses pretty quick. The tracker of the room block of who has booked and how many nights and arrival/departure time was very handy and was used by us many times to stay organized but also to truly understand our guest count. The guest-check in was personalized due to IDW sending over banners to the resort with our pictures. We took those home and will forever cherish that moment! We can’t thank Ateet and his team enough for everything they’ve done for us and they definitely went above and beyond!
