What types of services do you offer?

We offer 3 separate services: Travel concierge and logistics, wedding planning and entertainment services. The beauty of this is that you can choose to include all three or just the travel concierge and logistics option alone depending on where you are in your planning process. The travel concierge and logistics option is required in order to sign up for one or both of the other packages.

  1. Travel concierge and logistics: We’ll help you find your perfect destination and venue. Then, we’ll oversee the travel details for you and your guests.
  2. Wedding planning: We’ll help bring together all of the details of your wedding so you get exactly what you’ve always envisioned (and deserve!)
  3. Entertainment services: DJ, Dhol and other entertainment options.

If I had my wedding in Mexico or the Caribbean, would I be able to find venues and vendors that have experience with South Asian weddings?

Absolutely! We have been in the South Asian wedding industry since 1996 which means that we have built deep connections with vendors like us who truly understand all types of South Asian weddings and what is important to each religion and culture. And yes, we and our vendor partners are well-versed when it comes to weddings that fuse two different religions and/or cultures together. We’re picky about the resorts we work with and only select the ones that are not only the highest quality but also the ones that resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean whereby we feel confident that they truly understand South Asian weddings, offer the vendors required for a South Asian wedding, and therefore are an extension of our own team!

Is there a limit to the number of people I can have?

No, not at all! The number of people will dictate which resort can be an option to you as the event locations at resorts vary. Our Resort Match Finder process will help you find the best option that works for you while still staying within the parameters of your vision, requirements, and budget.

How far ahead do I need to plan out a destination wedding?

Planning out 12-18 months in advance is ideal; however, we have done many destination weddings between 3-9 months from the wedding date as well!

Would I need to hire you and a wedding planner, too?

That is a personal preference. Many resorts provide a wedding planner as part of your package but about 60% of our couples get their own wedding planner outside of the complimentary one they receive. Those couples do so because they are looking for a wedding planner who will be more hands-on and will take charge of the wedding details, do the work and come to them for final executive decisions.

About 40% of our couples prefer to do it all and would like to be more involved in the planning details at which point, our team would introduce those couples to their point of contact at the resort. They then work with that contact to get all the planning done together.

What experience do you have with South Asian weddings in Mexico or the Caribbean?

We have been in the South Asian wedding industry since 1996 and a majority of the weddings we’ve assisted with have been in Mexico and the Caribbean. As travel concierges work with resorts over time, they can earn a certain status level with them which allows them to offer better discount, perks and amenities to their clients and their guests. As a result, we’ve reached the highest status levels with almost every major resort brand in Mexico and the Caribbean! We have experience working with both larger and smaller weddings, weddings of all faiths (including interfaith weddings) and much more. How can I make sure I pick the right venue?

This is where we come in and help! We have personally been to over 200 resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean! We have slept in their beds, dined at their restaurants, and sampled their drinks at the bars. We have detailed site inspections to check out the resort, the services and event locations! Our job is to educate our couples on the many different options after hearing what is important to them. During our Resort Match Finder process, we go over your requirements, your questions and put together the best options for you by shortlisting the 200 resorts in our database to the top five. Once we have the top five based on your vision and availability, we will go into a detailed review of each one so you can make educated decision on which is best for you.

What are the most popular places to get married in Mexico and the Caribbean?

This depends on what you as a couple are looking for. During the free consult with us, we get to know YOU! That’s the most important part. We want to know if you are beach people or pool people, do you want Grey Goose Vodka or do you prefer Tito’s. What if I want to have my ceremony outdoors but it rains?

Backups, Backups, and more backups! There will always be a backup plan and backup location for every single one of your events. If the weather changes for any reason and it goes from a sunny day to a day with rain, your event is moved to an indoor location with your consent. You typically have already seen and agreed to the possible backup location during your planning process for just these types of scenarios!

Will you be there at my wedding?

We do offer onsite services and many times it can be included. Our couples have found it makes the wedding experience run smoother when a member of our staff is available to handle any and all issues that can arise. Because we have built tight-knit relationships with the resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean, we have the phone numbers of the General Managers and VPs in our cell phones. As an added bonus, we speak multiple languages including Spanish to ensure easier communication.

How much contact can I expect to have with you?

We are very involved with each and every one of our couples! No matter which service(s) you sign up for, you will not only have a dedicated person from our team assigned to you but you will also have the support of the entire team at the agency so you will always have someone to turn to!

Whether it is a Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Christian, Jain, Non-Denominational, or Interfaith wedding, we have handled all types of ceremonies that are typical in South Asian backgrounds.
