Ateet and the IDW team are the best!
We worked with them for our Cancun wedding in March 2025. We started working with them in early 2024 right from the beginning: figuring out feasible destination locations, looking into resort options, and determining availability. Ateet walked us through a thorough presentation of all of our options with photos, venue breakdowns, available weekends, and pricing. We were able to narrow down our favorites and talk through his honest opinions on the various options – something we valued highly as he has been to the resorts and worked with the companies in the past. As someone in the wedding industry myself, I understand first hand how its important to go beyond the marketing materials and nice photos to understand the pros and cons of venues. We wanted our guest experience to be the focus of our events and he made sure we selected a resort and time of year that reflected that. We went with the AVA Cancun, a brand new resort. We were unsure exactly how it would go but Ateet was able to visit the resort and work with the management team to get us more information and more opportunities to visit. We also loved how detail oriented all the planning and tracking documents were as soon as we finalized a place and guests could start booking. They were very attentive to guest’s emails and requests directly – our families never had to get involved. We had a wedding planning team that was also able to work with Ateet and team efficiently. After our main events, Ateet also helped us acquire transport for the wedding party to continue on our post-wedding vacation.
