Group Details

• For guaranteed accommodations at the group rate, please book your rooms by July 29, 2026. Please submit the below form (one per room) to reserve your room for Rhea and Klavs’ wedding! Once submitted, our team will reserve your room(s) on your behalf and email you with the invoice to approve. Once approved, your booking will be confirmed and you’ll receive a final confirmation email with your booking number and payment details.
• The first charge will be a $400 deposit with the remainder to be charged on October 28, 2026.
• In the section labeled Trip Information, please fill in the day you will be arriving at and leaving the AVA Resort.
• Please note that the rates shown on Rhea and Klavs’ website are only applicable from January 28th – 31st. There is a negotiated rate that will be applicable before and after our wedding (1/26 – 2/3), but it is higher than the wedding weekend rate.

• The local government charges visitors an Environmental Tax, which is the payment for the environmental sanitation right, applicable to all visitors per room per night. The tax is 26 Mexican pesos (approx. $1.40 USD) per room, per night. This tax will have to be paid directly at the Hotel
• The local government requires all foreign tourists to pay a tax of $271 Mexican pesos (approx. $16 USD). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. Visitors will have the option to access http://visitax.gob.mx/, where they will complete a brief questionnaire and make the payment.

We always recommend getting travel insurance which can be of great help in case of any issues that may arise. Insurance is optional and additional. Insurance must be purchased at the time of deposit.
