Our Process Puts YOU in Control
We are “hands on”, with highly personalized service, from the initial consultation to the completion of the wedding weekend, and we can also manage your after-wedding honeymoon plans.
We not only coordinate the wedding functions, but we also work closely with your attending guests, to make sure that their trip is as memorable as yours. With us, you will have a dedicated, customized private section on our website where your guests can familiarize themselves with your chosen resort, room choices and costs, other travel costs or restrictions, travel insurance, resort credits, and more.
Our Team of Wedding Pros
A destination wedding is an highly coordinated event. We deploy proven teams of professionals, from coordinators, to videographers, photographers, decorators, chefs, lighting and sound professional, DJs, live musicians, and more. Our team members are pros, and we coordinate all aspects of your wedding with their professional input.
We know what to bring to the resort, and what to source locally. We take care of it all, for you.
From the welcome reception at the resort, to the pre-wedding ceremonies (mention something here about the various IW functions) to the post-wedding and next day celebrations, we make sure that it is all in place, so you can focus on your friends and family and new spouse!

Are you on a tight budget? We work with budgets, all the time. We can provide experienced estimates of the cost of choosing various destinations, the costs for specific services, and the ways to save, while still providing you and your guests a memorable experience.
