We are so excited to welcome you all to our wedding weekend at the Moon Palace the Grand Punta Cana in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

We have set up a group reservation service with Indian Destination Wedding to make this experience as easy as possible.

We have arranged special events for our wedding weekend and in order to participate in these events, you must book hotel accommodations through our travel agent. If you make your own hotel arrangements, you will incur additional fees in order to participate in our events at the resort. Please note, a three (3) night minimum stay is required, but you are welcome to extend your vacation using our special group rates.

All passengers travelling to the country must have a passport valid for at least 6 months after the return date.

Airport Transfers

Shared Roundtrip Airport transfers are complimentary for any guests staying 4 nights or more. Any guest staying less than 4 nights is $26 per person roundtrip for a shared transfer. The cost of the transfer will be paid directly to the resort at check out.

Roundtrip airport transfers will be automatically added and reflected for every guest in their confirmation and invoice.

You will be sent an email 90 days prior to arrival to submit your flight info using the form in that email. Please have your flights booked by that time.

Flight Information Deadline
All flight information is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. For this event, the flight information deadline date is 9/19/2027.

Any flight information received within 45 days prior to arrival may be subject to additional charges or may be denied by the transfer company whereby you would have to reserve your own airport transfers.

Additional Airport Transfer Information
Arrival airport transfers are specifically from the airport to the wedding resort listed above. Departure transfers are from the wedding resort listed above to the airport. If you are staying somewhere else prior to the wedding or or after the wedding at another resort then please let our team know (AT THE TIME OF BOOKING) so we can provide you a custom option.

Baggage Allowance – The transfer vehicle allows for one suitcase and one carry-on per passenger. If you will have more luggage than the allowed amount, please let us know immediately by emailing us at transfers@indiandestinationwedding.com so we can make arrangements for you.

Travel Insurance and Cancellations

PLEASE NOTE: Travel insurance is only available to guests who have a valid US or Canadian mailing address where they reside. However, residents of the Quebec province are not eligible. If you live in the province of Quebec or in a country outside the US or Canada, you would need to purchase travel insurance from a local insurance provider.

We always recommend getting travel insurance which can be of great help in case of any issues that may arise. Insurance is optional and additional. Insurance can safeguard you against the unknown and provide financial refunds on your travel investment depending on the circumstance. The amount of refund is based on the reason you provide to the insurance company at the time you file your claim. The cost of the insurance is non-refundable once purchased.

Insurance rates will vary based on residency, age, and total package price. Typical average insurance prices are between $99-$199 per person.

Accommodation Pricing

The information below specifies room category and price per night based on occupancy. Flights are NOT included. Rates will vary according to room occupancy, so please check with our travel agent based on your specific needs.

Rates listed INCLUDE:
1. All inclusive accommodations at Moon Palace the Grand Punta Cana, including meals, drinks and activities as defined by the resort. Additionally, special food will be catered for all wedding events.
2. All taxes, fees and tips, bellman and housekeeping fees.
3. Waived Private Event Fees.

Bedding is ON REQUEST and is not guaranteed. Bedding refers to the bed types in the room (i.e. king bed, double beds). Our agency will submit your bedding request to the resort. The resort will do its best to provide it; however, they do not guarantee bedding.

Single Occupancy = 1 adult in the room
Double Occupancy = 2 adults in the room
Triple Occupancy = 3 adults in the room
Quad Occupancy = 4 adults in the room

Important Booking Dates

Deposit: 1 night value of package

Booking and Deposit Date: 08/17/2027

Final Payment Date: 9/28/2027

Any booking made after 08/17/2027 will be due in full.

For guaranteed accommodations, and in accordance with the resort booking policies, the Book by Date for this wedding is 08/17/2027, however, we can assist you with room bookings until 9/28/2027 (final payment date) provided the resort has availability. All guests are encouraged to book well in advance of this date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made in writing more than 10 days prior to arrival are refundable. Cancellations within 10 days of travel are non-refundable.

Resort Booking Policy Limitations

The resort will not allow any room changes once the group is within 75 days of travel. This includes the addition of nights, name changes etc.
The resort will not allow a reduction of nights after the final payment has been made.

ALL GUESTS MUST BOOK THEIR ROOMS IN THE WEDDING BLOCK

As per resort policy, all wedding guests MUST book their rooms through this website. Any guest who books their room through a third party website, including but not limited to, the actual resort website, Expedia, Kayak, Costco Travel, etc. will not be able to attend the wedding events.

Steps To Book

Step 1 - Fill Out the Form
Please fill out the form below, remembering one form per ROOM. Please use the couple's name (Ashley and Harry) when adding a name for the group in the booking form.
Step 2 - We'll Contact You
Once completed, our team is notified and we will be in touch within 72 business hours if any additional info or clarification is needed.
Step 3 - Bedding Request
Bedding is ON REQUEST and is not guaranteed. Bedding refers to the bed types in the room (i.e. king bed, double beds). Our agency will submit your bedding request to the resort. The resort will do its best to provide it; however, they do not guarantee bedding.
Step 4 - Review Your Invoice
We will book your room in the resort's internal system and send you a copy of your invoice FOR REVIEW with all details INCLUDING your names, travel dates, DOB, and package price.
Step 5 - Sign & Authorize
You will need to review and electronically sign off on the invoice that it is correct and give us permission to charge your card to process and confirm your booking. WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD WITHOUT THIS WRITTEN CONSENT.
Step 6 - Confirmation
Once you sign this invoice electronically, we will process your card, and email you a confirmation invoice with your booking number showing the payment amount applied and the balance remaining with a due date.

Please Note
If your travel dates are outside of the dates listed at the top of this page, we will need to confirm availability with the resort to have them add the nights in the system to book your room. This can take 5-7 business days while the resort adds the nights into the system.
