Like all our clients, Jigna and Alex worked with us using our proprietary process for finding their perfect destination and resort. After choosing to have their wedding at the incredible Dreams Playa Mujeres in Mexico, we took care of helping them and their guests with booking their travel.

Ask to see many samples of their work and don’t be afraid to ask for references to ensure they were easy and enjoyable o work with for past clients. That’s why it’s important to speak with past clients so you can get a sense of what it was like to work with the photographer.

As you pick your videographer, you’ll want to know their timeline for receiving the final video. You’ll want to know how many videographers are included in the package you select and what backup plans they have in place if one of the videographers will not be available in case of an emergency.

As you consider your makeup team, select one that not only will listen to your ideas but will also offer suggestions from a pro point of view to ensure that the final look is flawless. Bring in images that echo the kind of look you want but also stay open-minded as you may find that your makeup artist will suggest a slightly tweaked version that looks even better.
DJ Ambition (Amit Seth) of Premier DJs USA as well as Jagdeep Singh of Jagz Projekt were on hand make the wedding reception one that kept the guests dancing from start to finish. From classic songs to modern mixes, this team effortless blended the music. The smiles on the guests faces proved that their work was exceptional!
As you consider a DJ team for your wedding, pay attention to the questions they ask you. It can tell a lot about their level of professionalism. You want a DJ that asks for as much of the details as possible about the whole wedding so they know what to expect.
They should be interested in knowing the age range of your audience (will it be mostly adults or families?), their tastes and of course what you want to hear. You’ll also want to ask questions such as what they do to motivate the crowd, what they feel sets them apart from others, and what additional services they provide.

Choose a team that has worked with the resort you choose. Make sure that they can accommodate any unique dietary restrictions you or your guests may have and ask about what is included in their package and what would be extra.
