General Info

We are so excited to welcome you all to our wedding weekend at the Hard Rock Punta Cana in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

We have set up a group reservation service with Indian Destination Wedding to make this experience as easy as possible.

We have arranged special events for our wedding weekend and in order to participate in these events, you must book hotel accommodations through our travel agent. If you make your own hotel arrangements, you will incur additional fees in order to participate in our events at the resort. Please note, a three (3) night minimum stay is required, but you are welcome to extend your vacation using our special group rates.

ALL GUESTS MUST BOOK THEIR ROOMS IN THE WEDDING BLOCK

As per resort policy, all wedding guests MUST book their rooms through this website. Any guest who books their room through a third party website, including but not limited to, the actual resort website, Expedia, Kayak, Costco Travel, etc. will be considered to be booked OUTSIDE of the wedding room block and will NOT be able to access the wedding events without additional fees being imposed.

Deposits and Final Payments

All payments made including the deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE unless you purchase the travel insurance option at the time of deposit. More info on the insurance is listed below under the insurance section.

Resort Booking Policy Limitations at Hard Rock Hotels

  • The resort will not allow any room changes once the group is within 75 days (9/30/2023) of travel. This includes the addition of nights, name changes etc.
  • The resort will not allow any group room bookings to be made within 75 days (9/30/2023) of travel.
  • The resort will not allow a reduction of nights after the final payment has been made.

Payments at Hard Rock Hotels
Your payment when processed by the resort will be broken into the following payments.

  • A payment of $45 for ReservHotel which is the system the Hard Rock uses to make bookings which will count towards your booking total.
  • All other payments and balances will show up as Hard Rock Hotels in Miami which is headquarters for all their resort in Mexico and the Caribbean.
  • Payments will be automatically processed by the resort at 75 days (9/30/2023) prior to arrival with the card on file that was used for the deposit. If you want to use another credit card for the final payment, please make sure to update that with our agency prior to this deadline.

International Travel outside the US and Canada

Please check with your local Consular’s Office for VISA stipulations and entrance requirements.

All passengers travelling to the country must have a passport valid for at least 6 months after the return date.

Airfare

Guests can work with Indian Destination Wedding to obtain airfare pricing and book airfare directly with the agency or can book airfare on their own.

Only the hotel booking is required to be made through Indian Destination Wedding, to avoid additional fees.

If you are booking your own airfare, please fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).

Airport Transfers

Roundtrip airport transfers will be automatically added and reflected for every guest in their confirmation and invoice. All airport transfers are non-refundable after final payment.

You will be sent an email 90 days prior to arrival to submit your flight info using the form in that email. Please have your flights booked by that time.

Accommodation Pricing

The information below specifies room category and price per night based on occupancy. Flights are NOT included. Rates will vary according to room occupancy, so please check with our travel agent based on your specific needs.
Rates listed below INCLUDE:
1. All inclusive accommodations at Hard Rock Punta Cana, including meals, drinks and activities as defined by the resort. Additionally, special food will be catered for all wedding events
2. All taxes, fees and tips, bellman and housekeeping fees.
3. Waived Private Event Fees.
4. Children between 4-12 are $25 per night.

Children

This resort is a very child friendly resort with facilities in place to cater to your children’s needs. The resort houses a fully functional daycare service and personal childcare is also available if needed (please inquire for details). Let us make it as memorable an occasion for both adults and the kids.

Travel Insurance and Cancellations

PLEASE NOTE: Travel insurance is only available to guests who have a valid US or Canadian mailing address where they reside. However, residents of the Quebec province are not eligible. If you live in the province of Quebec or in a country outside the US or Canada, you would need to purchase travel insurance from a local insurance provider.

Insurance can only be purchased at the time of deposit.

We always recommend getting travel insurance which can be of great help in case of any issues that may arise. Insurance is optional and additional. Insurance must be purchased at the time of deposit. Insurance can safeguard you against the unknown and provide financial refunds on your travel investment depending on the circumstance.

Insurance rates will vary based on residency, age, and total package price.

The amount of refund is based on the reason you provide to the insurance company at the time you file your claim. The cost of the insurance is non-refundable once purchased.
