Hard Rock Punta Cana
We are so excited to welcome you all to our wedding weekend at the Hard Rock Punta Cana in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
We have set up a group reservation service with Indian Destination Wedding to make this experience as easy as possible.
We have arranged special events for our wedding weekend and in order to participate in these events, you must book hotel accommodations through our travel agent. If you make your own hotel arrangements, you will incur additional fees in order to participate in our events at the resort. Please note, a three (3) night minimum stay is required, but you are welcome to extend your vacation using our special group rates.
All passengers travelling to the country must have a passport valid for at least 6 months after the return date.

If you are booking your own airfare, please fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
The resort includes complimentary round trip shared transfers for the first 2 guests per room and each additional guest in the room would be $40 per person.
Roundtrip airport transfers will be automatically added and reflected for every guest in their confirmation and invoice.
You will be sent an email 90 days prior to arrival to submit your flight info using the form in that email. Please have your flights booked by that time.
Flight Information Deadline
All flight information is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. For this group, the flight information deadline date is 12/07/2026.
Any flight information received within 45 days prior to arrival may be subject to additional charges or may be denied by the transfer company whereby you would have to reserve your own airport transfers.
Additional Airport Transfer Information
Arrival airport transfers are specifically from the airport to the wedding resort listed above. Departure transfers are from the wedding resort listed above to the airport. If you are staying somewhere else prior to the wedding or or after the wedding at another resort then please let our team know (AT THE TIME OF BOOKING) so we can provide you a custom option.
Baggage Allowance – The transfer vehicle allows for one suitcase and one carry-on per passenger. If you will have more luggage than the allowed amount, please let us know immediately by emailing us at transfers@
PLEASE NOTE: Travel insurance is only available to guests who have a valid US or Canadian mailing address where they reside. However, residents of the Quebec province are not eligible. If you live in the province of Quebec or in a country outside the US or Canada, you would need to purchase travel insurance from a local insurance provider.
We always recommend getting travel insurance which can be of great help in case of any issues that may arise. Insurance is optional and additional. Insurance can safeguard you against the unknown and provide financial refunds on your travel investment depending on the circumstance. The amount of refund is based on the reason you provide to the insurance company at the time you file your claim. The cost of the insurance is non-refundable once purchased.
Insurance rates will vary based on residency, age, and total package price. Typical average insurance prices are between $99-$199 per person.

The Rock Family Suite features one bedroom, dining room, living room area and fun amenities for the kids. The bedroom includes a king size bed, bathroom with a walk-in closet and queen size sofa bed. The living room area has a queen size sofa bed and a full bathroom. This suite has an expansive terrace where you can lounge or dine. King Bed & Two Sofas with 1,715 square feet.

Accommodation Pricing
The information below specifies room category and price per night based on occupancy. Flights are NOT included. Rates will vary according to room occupancy, so please check with our travel agent based on your specific needs.
Rates listed below INCLUDE:
1. All inclusive accommodations at Hard Rock Punta Cana, including meals, drinks and activities as defined by the resort. Additionally, special food will be catered for all wedding events
2. All taxes, fees and tips, bellman and housekeeping fees.
3. Waived Private Event Fees.
4. All rooms will receive Resort Credit. See Breakdown in the Resort Credit section below.
Resort Credit
Each room will receive resort credit in the value of $200 per night that can be used towards the Spa, Golf, and tours/excursions. There will be a service fee of 35% imposed on all services.
Single Occupancy = 1 adult in the room
Double Occupancy = 2 adults in the room
Triple Occupancy = 3 adults in the room
Reserve your accommodations for our special celebration
Any booking made after 07/08/2026 will be due in full.
For guaranteed accommodations, and in accordance with the resort booking policies, the Book by Date for this wedding is 07/08/2026, however, we can assist you with room bookings until 10/8/2026 (final payment date) provided the resort has availability. All guests are encouraged to book well in advance of this date.
Please Note
If your travel dates are outside of the dates listed at the top of this page, we will need to confirm availability with the resort to have them add the nights in the system to book your room. This can take 5-7 business days while the resort adds the nights into the system.
