Question: How can I RSVP?
Answer: Using the Zola site click under RSVP and type in your name. Once you RSVP please be sure to book your room or else your RSVP won’t be counted
Question: Which airport do I fly into?
Answer: Los Cabos International Airport (SJD)..
Question: Is there transportation available between the airport and the resort?
Answer: The Resort is 45 minutes away from the airport and roundtrip airport transfers are included and are graciously being provided by the couple.
Question: Can I book a different hotel or place my booking somewhere else, like hotels.com or priceline?
Answer: No. In order to access the wedding venues, you will need to book through our Indian Destination Wedding travel portal. If you book elsewhere, you will have to pay for an additional day-pass per person. In addition, the couple will be charged an event fee for each event.
Question: Where can I buy traditional Indian attire?
Answer: The below online stores have been recommended for Indian attire. Please keep in mind that production and delivery will be delayed due to COVID.
Question: Can I book my hotel through a different website such as Orbitz or Expedia
Answer: No, in order to ensure discounted booking rate for the hotel rooms, you will need to book through our Indian Destination Wedding travel portal.
Question: Can I stay for 2 nights?
Answer: While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays.
Question: Can I stay longer than the last day of the event?
Question: What time is check-in and check-out at Hard Rock Los Cabos?
Answer: Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Indian Destination Wedding will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.
Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don’t have access to your room.
